Stephen the Founder of SLL Plant and Quarry Training Services Ltd back in 2003 after working for D Wardle Plant Ltd for 18 years as a Contracts Manager and Plant Operator. Stephen has been in the Construction Industry for over 38 years along with his Family members who are also Plant Operators. Over the years of Experience in the Construction Industry Stephen now passes his Knowledge and Skills onto other Plant Operators with confidence. He works closely with all of his Clients and Customers providing the appropriate Training and Testing always making them King. Stephen ensures his knowledge of the Construction/ Quarrying Industry is of the highest standard and uses this to provide answers to Customers and Clients.

Tom Rowley

Centre Manager

Tom started with SLL Plant and Quarry Training Services Ltd back in July 2016 as a Business Administration Apprentice/ Trainee Plant Operator under Stephen Lidford. Since then, he has shown tremendous interests in the Construction/ Quarrying Training and Testing Industry. Tom has gained Business Administration skills, Plant Operation Skills for a variety of machines such as Articulated Rear Tipping Dump Trucks, Forward Tipping Dumpers, Forklift Trucks among many other Machines. He places a high level of precision and professionalism within the business organising and Co-Ordinating Training and Testing for Customers, always making sure that SLL provide a High-Quality service to all customers.
