Our centre is fully equipped to deliver CPCS Training, both Theory and Practical testing for the machine(s) of your choice. We are proud to offer over 12 different CPCS Approved Categories along with the CITB Touchscreen HS&E tests, CPCS Module Renewal tests and Level 2 Plant Operations NVQ’s.

If you’ve been operating the specific machine(s) for years and you do not have a CPCS card, you will need to complete the relevant CITB Health, Safety and Environment test and then undertake the CPCS Theory and Practical test on the specific machine(s) to gain yourself a Red CPCS Trained Operator Card which lasts for 2 years. If you’re a new operator to the Construction industry we recommend you completing a CPCS novice course between 3 – 5 days depending on piece of Plant.

If you currently hold a Red CPCS Trained Operator Card which is due to expire, you will need to Complete an NVQ in Plant and Machinery Operations along with a CITB Health, Safety and Environment test (If you haven’t completed one within the past 2 years) this will then entitle you to gain a CPCS Blue Competency Card which lasts for 5 years.

If you currently hold a CPCS Blue Competency Card and it is due to expire then you are more than likely going to need to complete the relevant CITB Touchscreen HS&E test and the CPCS Touchscreen module renewal tests.
